Pharmacy Weight Loss Eastbourne is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medications to patients based in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our GPhC-registered prescribers or pharmacists. Prescriptions are issued at their sole clinical discretion and in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
Medications will only be dispensed where a valid prescription exists. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical authorisation. Any information you provide during the consultation process must be accurate and complete; providing false information may result in termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to another person.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.
Pricing is subject to change. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering; we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or by email.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for dispensed prescription items once they have been dispatched, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If your application is declined by our prescribing team on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Eastbourne are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between a patient and their NHS GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly recommend that you inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications are not suitable for everyone. Results will vary between individuals. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of medications where our clinical guidance has not been followed, or where inaccurate information was provided during assessment.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
